Amarone Wine

Amarone wine is now considered one of the great Italian wines, Amarone is the ultimate expression of quality pursued in some of the areas most suited Valpolicella, through the exemplary synthesis of land, tradition and human capacity.

Vineyards from the ideal characteristics of position, exposure and balanced production has managed to produce grapes of outstanding quality that matched the original production.

As a result the technique of withering, have led to this extraordinary wine of class and structure named Amarone.

Amarone Valpolicella Wine


A wine of great structure, complex, elegant, velvety. Its color is intense ruby red, hot and spicy bouquet and aroma of dried fruit.

Is in fact produced with Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Oseleta, through the ancient technique. This technique requires that the grapes after harvest, be allowed to rest for a period ranging from 3 to 4 months.

Amarone is extremely important in Italian wine scene, exclusive and unique symbol of Valpolicella. Over time, Allegrini's Amarone, who has perfected the production aiming to maintain the integrity of the fruit, and it's one of the most authentic interpretation of his uniqueness.

Food Pairing

Traditionally it's paired with dishes made with grilled meat, stews and long ripening cheeses, and of course with Italian food and cuisine.

With the scent of drying the grapes, Amarone can be brought with fascinating and original dishes with sour flavors, so it goes perfectly with the creations of Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine.

It's suggested to be served at a temperature of 65°F (18C°) and uncork the bottle an hour before drinking.
